Bleu Cheese BACON Barbecue $21.95

Buffalo Blitz

House-made buffalo wing sauce, mozzarella cheese, fresh celery, and draper valley farms antibiotic-free chicken breast tossed in buffalo wing sauce. This game-day classic is finished with provolone cheese and served with blue cheese dressing on the side for dipping or drizzling on top as an after-bake!

Pumpkin Patch

A base of house-made roasted pumpkin and sage puree, sausage, maple caramelized onions, and candied walnuts topped off with mozzarella and parmesan cheeses!

Roasted Beet-nik

Roasted red and gold beet slices from Oxbow Farms, roasted red pepper, fresh basil and Laura Chenel chevre --- all atop a base of mozzarella cheese and our house-made Ruby Red sauce.

Roasted Eggplant

Using fresh eggplant from our friends at Alvarez Farms, we slice and roast the eggplant to perfection so it pairs perfectly with roasted red peppers and roasted garlic. All atop mozzarella cheese and a very special roasted sweet onion sauce as the base, then topped with thyme, black pepper, and parmesan.
